Back again!

Greetings
I'm back on the weight loss wagon yet again. This time because my lumbar disc is prolapsed, causing great pain, and obesity/inactivity was a big contributing factor. Also, I want to get back on film set as a camera assistant again - it's a physically demanding job and obesity makes it impossible.

So far this year I've dropped 7kgs! I'm very proud of myself. I just need to keep at it, so I lose the other.... I don't know, 35-40!

Welcome back to weight loss! ;) Sounds like you have some pretty big motivators. Congrats on the loss so far, that's awesome! Keep it going!
