Diet Buddy?
 

Hey everyone! I am 17 years old and looking for a diet buddy/weightloss buddy whatever you want to call it. I am trying to follow the south beach diet because i lost a lot of weight on it 2 years ago, but I don't care if you dont follow the same plan i will still help you out! I have battled with food my whole life, and the past couple years I have put on even more weight. So now at my hightest weight ever 180 I need to stay focused. Im a senior and I want to get back down to 120 by graduation, but I deffinately want to have a lot off by senior trip, spring break, ect. So if anyone would be interested in being diet buddys i promise i will help keep you motivated just the same! Thanks so much!!:)

If you look on the forum boards there is a support forum for people who are following the South Beach Diet. The great thing about 3FC is that we are ALL weight loss buddies!! There are also several forums that provide 'challenges' were you post your weekly weigh in, exercice, calorie intake, etc. I wish you the best of luck!!!
