progress
So I have been sticking to my goals of 30 min/3 x's a week for 2 weeks now.
I've been taking my vitamins and drinking lots of water and trying to make time to pack a healthier lunch. :carrot: ROCK ON!!!! Sad thing happened in the gym today though. I was on the eliptical machine and covered the screen with my magazine so i wouldn't be phyced out by the time and mileage screen and when i had been at it for about 20 mins i took my magazine off to check the screen and it said "Enter Age"..... it hadn't even been tracking time/mileage/calories at all....:devil: At least I'm starting to feel better. |
