This is me a year ago. I tried so badly to hang onto being as skinny as I was in this pic that I gained it all back plus 25 lbs! I want to look like this again!

I think you can do it! Hopefully you'll learn what you need to maintain it too so you never gain it back!!!!!

You can definitely do it! Do you have a plan in place for how you want to reach your goal?

You will! You've done it once, so you can do it again!
That picture is a great motivator, keep it in your wallet and if you get tempted to cheat, just look at it and you'll probably feel like having something healthy instead!
