I could just punch myself in the face right now...I have allowed myself to gain weight back over the holidays. I was starting to get really, really frustrated because I technically started the weight loss back up on the 7th and wasn't seeing what I wanted to see. So thankful for this site, I was able to come back and read some of my entries from when I first started and realized duh, this isn't going to happen overnight.

I think many of us had a tough time over the holidays, so you're definitely not alone... hang in there!

Don't beat yourself up :) Change your behavior and move forward! That's the only way!
