Today I had some shredded wheat with plain soya milk, a chickpea/seitan cutlet and veggie sammich, baked purple sweet potatoes, an apple, home-made tomato, navy bean, and brown rice soup, some figs, and some oatmeal for dessert. I consumed about 1,300 calories total.

I agree with what everybody else said but will just say I noticed a lack of any fruit what so ever. I try to have one piece in 2-3 meals a day. It has fiber so it might help you feel full.
My day: Breakfast: 1 cup cheerioes and 1 grapefruit. 2 cups Coffee with creamer. Lunch 1 mango and a salad plate of taco salad(beef,smashed pinto beans, lettuce, tomato, onions,cheese, salsa) and a handful of tortilla chips. Dinner: Chicken breast with bowtie pasta and a very yummy "alfredo sauce" made from cauliflower, toast. |
