Weight Loss and Allergies
 

I have been plagued with terrible allergies for about the past ten years. Now I am right at 200 pounds and have lost a bit over 60 pounds. My allergies have gone away. I am on no medication and haven't had an allergy problems in the past 6 weeks. I just figured out that When I started having the allergies I had started to put on the weight. It started when I was about 220. What motivation for me! BUT- is that normal? Have you ever heard of allergies dissapating b/c of weight loss?

I've heard that crappy food can contribute and or cause allergy symptoms. Either way it is great for you!!
