I only buy non-homogenized whole milk, so no judgment here :D
In the colder months I have an Amy's vegetarian bean burrito pretty much every morning. In warmer months I like to try to have a smoothie consisting of kefir, frozen berries, mango, strawberries, banana, etc and spinach on most mornings. Occasionally I'll have eggs in the morning but I really prefer them later in the day. I do scrambled eggs with onions (sometimes green peppers) and real, organic butter.
When it's cold here, it's like 55 in the house when I get up. I just can't stand to eat a cold breakfast. In the summer it's roasting so it's preferable.
