This is the last day I will be stepping on the scale for a month. I'm a tiny bit nervous but think this will be a good decision for me. :)

Wow... this is a big deal! I have a HORRIBLE habit of getting on the scale every morning and every night. i know this isn't a good thing, which is why my husband will be taking out the battery from the scale (it's a digital scale) tonight. I'm upset about it.. but i know it's for the best. 1 months is a huge deal and I wish you luck. I'll only be limiting my self 1 time a week and that alone is making me feel sick..
