I was out of town last week and didn't do my Friday weighin. I'm down 4.4 from my weighin two weeks ago. =) So happy with that considering I had a rough week Thanksgiving week.

218, up .5 lbs. from last week. I got as low as 215.5 this week and don't usually fluctuate that much. I took a week off from the gym, that may be doing it.
