Carter & Running from Fat, you are definitely right, my goal should be just to make sure I STAY ON PLAN! I do not know why I feel so empowered this time around, I really think it's this forum and seeing everyone else doing what I am trying to do. It's amazing. I am not really aiming for 10 LBS this first month, just wondering what I can expect/hope for realistically.
I also started my first week of calorie counting during my TOM, so maybe the week after this week I will really like what I see on the scale? I don't really know much about water retention and definitely don't drink enough water yet, but I am building up to. Just STAYING ON PLAN! WOO!
