Feeling MUCH better today. I still think there's something weird going on in my stomach, because I went out for lunch today with a friend and literally there was NOTHING on the menu that didn't have wheat in it, so I just ordered a pizza and thought 'oh god, that's going to make me feel sick' but it didn't.

I feel like I haven't eaten today even though I've pretty much stuffed my face! Here's what I've had:

Breakfast: Cup of tea, fat free vanilla yoghurt, scrambled eggs.
Lunch: Pepperoni pizza, garlic bread, tiramisu and two glasses of red wine.
Snack: We were at the cinema so we got a HUGE box of popcorn and we'd scoffed most of it by the end of the trailers xD
Dinner: Chicken curry and rice.
Snack: Now I've got ANOTHER glass of red wine and some cold beef.

I just can't stop eating! If this carries on past the weekend I will ring the doctor. This isn't normal :/

Today was a bleh day.

I've been busy cleaning and prepping for visitors. I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast (Fiber One cinnamon cheerio-type things... yummy!) but during lunch, I made the kids their stuff, then forgot to eat mine. I didn't realized I hadn't eaten lunch until I was posting my daily accountability on here. For dinner I had 1/2 cup of instant potatoes, 9 asparagus spears (love them) and a piece of pot roast a little larger than a deck of cards.

My stress with the husband has died down since he's stopped drinking. It's still there, and while we're talking now, it's... just blah. I can't think of a better way to describe it. I'm still planning to leave, and he's still ok with it. The new meds are kicking in and he's back to the guy I once knew. I just hope he stays away from the alcohol enough to KEEP that guy here...
He went for a walk with our dog to the woods behind our son's school and found a bunch of booze bottles and suspicious items. He took pictures and showed the cops. The cops asked to be taken there, so they went out and investigated. They said they're certain they have people coming UNDER THE FENCE who are NOT military coming onto base and doing stuff like this. So great. Not only do we have gang activity and criminals living within our walls, we have low-lifes crawling in from "outside" the fence. I've had enough of it. We're going to form our own neighborhood "watch" and start taking back our safety. If I make the neighbors who are allowing bad behavior uncomfortable, so be it. This is where I live and sleep at night.

Smile December 19 check in and intro

Hi,

I have been on a perpetual diet my entire life, it seems. After hitting 250 with my second child, I am now down to 189, but struggling. Struggling worse now than I was when I was losing all those pounds. Annoying! I believe I am really one of those people that are depressed but don't know it. I have a wonderful hubby and two amazing kids that keep me hopping. I feel generally happy most of the time, but when I get just a little stressed (with a 21 month old, that is a lot of the time), I just compulsively binge eat. I mostly binge on chocolate and sweets and I honestly get myself into situations where I don't think I can control myself. While I was losing weight, I had a diet expert that I would check in with each month, get weighed and measured, and would call her every day to check in. She got really strange after awhile and I discontinued my work with her. Now, I just want to have that accountability back. I am going to be accountable to you. So:

As of today, my weight is 189, I am 5'9, and am wearing a size 14

Tomorrows food:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 c yogurt (sweetened with honey), 1 c grapes
Lunch: Pork roast, 6 oz potato, 2 cups carrots
Dinner: 4 oz chicken, 6 oz potato, 2 c green beans
Snack: 1 c yogurt, 1 c grapes

Bless you all and best wishes with your work! T

So much for feeling better. I've been throwing up most of the morning and my stomach won't stop churning and making really weird noises.

Before anyone asks, I'm definitely NOT pregnant. I have no idea what this is, seeing as I was feeling better yesterday.

Urgh... this is ridiculous! Silly tummy, STOP IT.

Hi ladies! I'll have tons of personals to catch up on for specifics. But, it looks like everyone is doing pretty good from what I read!

I thought I'd do a quick update...I should be sleeping in...but, I can't sleep!!??? Friday we made our journey to Michigan, got here safe and sound. But, WOW it's freeeeeeeeezzzzing here! I guess I've lived in the south too long, and this just chills me to the bone. All the Michiganders are teasing my husband and I that we can't "hang with the Michigan weather anymore..." Stayed on plan all of Friday I did really good, under 1500 for the day! Yesterday went ok, but I'm on "vacation" so there was a little indulgence. Around 1400 yesterday but I did have like 6 shots last night...I have NO idea what those might be calorie wise. I haven't seen any movement on the scale in the up direction. Actually this morning and yesterday morning I'm weighing in at about 153. Anyways, I'm doing ok staying on plan and stuff! Hope everyone is doing well! Happy Holidays everyone!!!!!!

Good morning old friends. I haven't been here in a while. But, I am missing some contact. I really hope to make some more persoanl contacts to help with all that is going on. It is so nice to have friends that understand and aren't critical.

Stay warm in Michigan Lindsey... I am going to Ohio next week and am very nervous. Haven't been in Snow in 19 years. I can't even remember how cold that is!

Wysteria- I hope you are doing better. I have had some friends with a stomach bug. Bless your heart.

welcome tanjzen!

Stacy Hi It's good to see you.

Wysteria It sounds like you have a stomach bug. I hope it passes quickly and you feel better soon.

Good Morning all! Christmas is almost here!

This weekend was a total bust for me. I haven't been sleeping due to all my coughing, so I've been completely off plan. Yesterday, Dh brought Chinese food home for lunch and then that evening we had a church buffet. Even though I didn't sleep well last night either, I'm going to try and gather myself together and get back OP. I just wish this stupid cold would leave already. I actually miss exercising! Oooh, speaking of which, I got my 7 Tae Bo DVDs in the mail Saturday ($19.99 for all 7, not a bad deal!). I can't wait to try them!
