I've lost 3lbs so far thanks to being sick. I am doing great with exercising but I've slowed down on my water intake.

Ekicna - Great work! 3 pounds!

Shells - Homemade bread?? YUM! I would have definitely ate it too, you did good though 1500 cals! Good job girl!

Here's what I ate for the day...
B- everything bagel thin w/cream cheese 210, 1/4c. "break free" egg product w/spinach and cheese 90(Diana inspired breakfast! ) 300
S- banana 110
L- Ham sandwich 260
D- steak with grilled onions, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower 600
S- 1 tbsp sugar cookie dough 80? 1/2 sugar cookie 150
1500
64 oz water, 23g fiber, multivitamin
*Taking today off Jillian's NMTZ workout today to rest my body, back on it tomorrow!*

krampus I can really tell that my endurance has improved in the last couple of months. I think it's from doing the longer Turbo Fire workouts, and maybe longer workouts in general. It wasn't difficult doing the 500, either. When I was in high school I lost a lot of weight. I was not athletic at all and hated sports. My workout was jumping rope. I would do 1000 a day.

Ekicna--I'm sorry you've been sick, but great job on the 3lbs.

Lindsey--I tried a little of the BFBM one (until the littles decided they didn't want to take a nap) and I was shaking in my sneakers! *lol*

Diana--I did, eventually. It's nice and clean now!

Pint--We all have those days. I bet today will be much better.

Ugh, I've had a pretty yucky morning so far. And, to top it all off, I exercised late last night, so of course I was up a pound this morning. I soooo badly want to see a teen number in my weight! But, patience is key. And, to help start my day off on a better foot, I'm having a nice warm bowl of oatmeal and a cup of hot coffee. Then, I'll be doing LS 5 mile challenge this morning, so I can work out the rest of the morning's frustrations. I should be right as rain after that.
