soup question
 

can i eat cambels chicken noodle soup. wait it has pasta, chucks, its so hard planning lunch for work. i have to go to school first and the lunch stays in the car where its hot until noon. and it gets expensive eating out. well if not this soup, what kind is good to eat. i thank you all so much and today is a new day and i am going to give it my all!

A can of Healthy Choice chicken noodle has 2 servings of 120 calories each-- not sure on Cambells-- this is not too bad! Remember it is calories in--calories out-- for weight loss. I say go for it-- energy burns calories-- food=energy.

hey raquel, I've never done sugarbusters, but there are some pretty extensive sb boards on this site. you might have better luck posting the sb questions on that board. but make sure and post here too...it's all about the support
