Hi!! The new post for the new month is the refresher I needed! I'm ready to get back on plan tomorrow and really get after it for December!! I'm undecided on the goals but I'll definitely post when I decide them!

Workouts: minimum of 3 workouts per week (not to include my 3-4 miles of walking per day) along with the pushups (great idea)
Water: Drink as much water as I can, minimum of 8 glasses per day.

Thanks Monique! This website is exactly what i needed. I have been trying to lose weight for the last few years, only to regain again. Im getting married in August of next year so im ready to shed these unwanted pounds. This is a great idea! Im so excited to start dec 1st. I started the Insanity today well the fit test, and ohmygosh, it was hard! I hope i can keep the motivation to finish it.
Question for anyone how do i add a ticker to my signature? Thank you
Welcome rdytolose. The site has issues with spam so you can't use the signature section until you've been a member for at least 20 days, and you also have to have a certain number of posts by then. You can click on the user cp tab that's over the forums at the top and when you get to 20 days the signature part will show up.
Welcome newbies and other fellow Autumn Beauties! So glad you all could join us! Ugh....got on the scale this morning and it wasn't pretty. LOL. My starting weight was 225...then I got down to 215...this morning it was 221....which COULD be water weight from my monthly visitor that just left but I don't know. LOL.....either way, that's not gonna slow me down! I'm ready for the new month! Let's do it, Autumn Beauties! We start the day after tomarrow!

Alright Beauties - I am IN!! I missed most of last months because I started late. Here are my goals!
1. To lose between 10 lbs of weight by January 1st
2. To work out 20 of 31 days
3. To do pushups 25 out of 31 days
4. To Drink 8 glasses of water 25 out of 31 days

I am soooo ready to get back on track again this month. Boy, did that open my eyes, losing ten pounds in November and then gaining six back during Thanksgiving. LOL. Never again!....or at least I hope never again. LOL. I will weigh in and post my stats tomarrow morning. I think I will torture myself by leaving my ticker at 215 so that I KNOW I need to get back there again....plus lose six more pounds if I can. That would be fantastic!
