Yesterday I weighted myself and felt discouraged because I was still at the same weight as last week. Then I got over it, ran for 20 mins, and thought about what kind of bathing suit I'm wearing to the beach next summer. :broc:

I've settled on yellow and white. No more black and poop toned bathing suits for me. All happiness. What will your color be?

If I lose 2lbs every week until January 2nd. I will be at 198 pounds. *fingers crossed*:exercise::strong::bike2::woops:

Heck, even if it takes longer, that's ok. I just know once I get there, I'm not coming back to where I am!!:dust:

Yea my actual goal is 2lbs per week anything over that is a blessing in my book but that should be pretty attainable that's less than .5 lbs per day!!!
