Hi girls (and guys) I found this web site and thought it would be a great place to try and help others. I've lost 70 lbs in the last 8 months, and I feel at least decently qualified to offer others advice in their quest to get fit. I have a pretty good knowledge base when it comes to health and nutrition, so ask away and I'll help anyone I can. :D

You have just stepped into a wonderful place, filled with many people who have lots of tips, strategies and skills regarding weight loss and how to "get the job done".

In fact, you may want to stop over in the Maintainers Forum section. You'll meet loads of folks who have not only lost LOTS of weight, but have kept it off for years and years. Lots of knowledge to be gathered up.
