15lbs for Christmas
So, today I made a little goal of losing 15lbs by Christmas. I figure that I should lose about 2lbs per week. I'm just starting my weight loss and wondered if that is an underestimated goal? I would rather underestimate my weight loss goal than over-estimate it!

I think it's a reasonable goal. It would be possible to lose more, but 15 by Christmas would definitely be an accomplishment to me. =)
