im back PP
 

So i left this forum, early this year when i became pregnant. i was roughly 220lbs, when i joined, and had gotten to 189 when i fell pregnant.
I had my baby girl 6 1/2 weeks ago. (Auska Sylvanas is her name).
I got up to 231 pregnant and lost half the weight gain in the first week (which included the baby! =p) so im currently around 210 now.

I've started counting my calories again, which im finding very hard, the cold weather or the Depo shot i had, are making me ravenous; and i plan on beginning running again next week... just to be sure its safe.

So im back and i look forward to getting to know the new people and reknowing the oldies :)

Mine is 5 months old. Good luck. I'm sure it's hard moreso from the tiredness/stress of having such a young baby, plus the depo shot.

lol thank you. Auska is japanese... they spell it Asuka.. and pronounce it as its spelt... Auska is pronounced like Oscar, without the R sound. And Sylvanas is the name of a witch on a game, where i met my husband 3-4 years ago. ^_^ (so that has a meaning to us)

Welcome back and good luck! Your story is similar to mine, although I waited until my DS was over 12 months to get back in the weight loss game, and I'm here to tell you it can be be done!

LOL! I could say your story is similar to mine, but I waited 10 years! :D Well, not really. I tried all that time, it just took ten years to get it right. And I love telling the stories behind my "babies'" names too. ;)

You didn't do so bad on the gain department! You ended up less than where you started! That's awesome!

I tried doing aerobics shortly after giving birth and found it very difficult on my chest. I suggest a really good sports bra for running. ;)

lol thanks i still have my old reliable sports bra.. and i dont BF, havent for 2 weeks now... 3 by time i start... my boobs are normal again! XD
