Must Stay Strong!
 

I had a weekend of debauchery (between the halloween costume party and the bachelorette party I attended there was a lot of food and a lot of booze!). I'm up a little bit come Monday morning but I think the number on that scale will drop back down pretty quick.

What I'm telling myself I MUST STAY STRONG about is the cupcakes I just made for a coworkers birthday. I made yellow butter cake from scratch and homemade chocolate frosting and now I have 32 delicious cupcakes sitting on the counter! I will have one when we all have them at work but that's it! No licking the bowls or sneaking one before I go in!

Stay Strong... eating alone is NO fun anyway! Just like debauchery is no fun alone!

It mind over matter. You don't mind and the cupcakes really don't matter.
