That is very impressive. My last A1c was 6.4 in July. I would love to know what it is now but I am currently without health insurance. But I would guess it would be lower. What kind of diet plan are you using?

Thank you. I'm doing my plan from home and counting calories, 1400 per day and I cut out the sugar, which was mostly from sweet iced tea. They have A1C tests you can do over the counter now. Have you tried one of those?
Oh yes, I feel so much better and have so much more energy and stamina. I can stand in the shower for a longer amount of time and can reach farther. It feels good now, and I;m hoping it will just keep getting better and better.
