Pink - That's weird...maybe not enough food? I've never had that happen! Your menu sounds so good.

Here's what I ate today...
B- oatmeal w/milk, banana 290
S- 1/2 c. pineapple chunks 60
L- 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat 130
S- 1 slice of pumpkin bread 100
D- beef pot roast w/carrots, 1 medium red potato, onion 600
S- 6 oz. hot cider, 1 tbsp cool whip, 1 slice of pumpkin bread 220
1400 Total
64 oz water, multivitamin, ~20g fiber
~30 minutes 30DS

Hope everyone had a great day! I got A LOT of homework done..yay! Tomorrow is my official WI. See y'all tomorrow in the DECEMBER thread (can't believe it's almost December!!!).

Pink I'm with Lindsey, it kinda sounds like low blood sugar or not enough food.

Lauren I know you will have a great time in Australia. I can't wait to hear all about it. Do you have anything in particular that you plan to do when you get there?

Diana & Lindsey- Thx ladies Yeah I am thinking the same right about now. I have been having quite a low amount of food to balance out Thanksgiving. I am going to try to weigh myself tomorrow (which I am nervous about) and I want to try to up my intake. I am just afraid I won't lose on any higher. If I raise my intake I will have to be more patient since it will take longer to lose.

Pink I hope your weigh in goes well. If you are having episodes like that I would up my intake. It's better to go slow and steady. Remember it's a lifestyle change and something you will want to be able to maintain for the rest of your life.
