Checking In
Hey everyone, just wanted to let you all know I am still here. I pretty much post my daily updates on my blog but here is a quick run down, so far since June I have lost almost 20lbs and I also lost my job. I am staying on track for the most part, good weeks and bad weeks. I think that mostly now I have just changed my eating habits. I struggle like the rest of you do and want to offer my support to each and everyone of you. If you ever need a shoulder or an ear to bend just send me a PM, I am out here just reach out..
