Really that Much

I was chatting with my sister the other day. We are needing to loose the weight.

She pointed out that I really should loose the weight of her 6 year old and she needed to loose the weight of her 8 year old.

Such a sobering thought a 6 year old is not a small amount

yeah was quite sombering when i realized i was 10x the size of my one year old niece.

LOL

I have lost the weight of my 4 year old, and still have nearly the weight of my year old AND the weight of my 7 year old to go! UGH.

I have been thinking about it this way too, so far I have lost the weight of my 2 year old plus my 8 month old, plus 4 more pounds!! Crazy. And I still have my 2 year old plus ten more pounds to go!

fitkristi 10-19-2010 08:17 PM

Um, I would need to lose 4 of my 5 year old....

Uh, I'm pretty sure I'd need to lose an entire preschool class. :o:dizzy:

there are a lot of days I feel that way. But the little demons always manage to find me....

On the other hand, the metaphorical kids I've lost (I figure I've lost two and have about one more to go) are gone for good!

I HAVE lost the weight of my 18 year old son PLUS the birth weight of both of my sons combined!! ;) It can be done, and it really doesn't take all that long. Go for it!

shannonmb 10-20-2010 08:26 AM

The whole preschool class had me LOL! hahahaha

I have lost just over 2/3 of my almost-10 year old, still have about 2 more of her to go. When I think of 3 of her hanging on my body, it amazes me that I can even get out the door in the morning! I can barely even pick her up, for crying out loud! I already feel considerably better than I did -- I can't even imagine or WAIT to see how I'll feel as I drop a couple more of her! :D

Edit -- I think after I lose one full Lily (75 lbs), I am going to have her climb on my back and try to run the vaccum. It'll be just like on the Biggest Loser when they have to run around the track with weight vests on that weigh how much they've lost. HAHA!

My goal has been to lose the weight of my 25 year old sister, plus a bit more. Granted, my sister is a tiny person, she is still a full sized adult.

When I am done, I will have lost my 5 year old son plus our bunny rabbit. Haha.

I had to lose just a bit more than my very sturdy, but slim, 10 year old! My goal all along has been to match his weight and take a picture of him on my back and us on the scale, which would take the scale up to my start weight. But the kid keeps growing! :D He weighs 93 pounds right now so I need to get to that loss.

I can not lift that child! How did I do it? How did any of us?

annie175 10-20-2010 11:01 AM

My 24 yr old DD weighs 123 and I have lost 163...wow. scary thought.

tea2 10-20-2010 11:12 AM

The whole class! Made me lol too. When I started, I had an 8 yr old to lose...now I have a younger kid to lose, lol.

shortandfluffy 10-20-2010 11:18 AM

Yikes! I have the weight of a child to lose as well. Never thought about it that way!
