Unhappy Deppressed...need motivation

Hi every one, I am new to this forum. I have been trying to lose weight since 3 months but I am very slow at it. I am trying to watch what I eat but sometimes it is very hard for me to control my cravings. I lost only 4 lbs in 3 months and feeling very depressed today. May be this feeling will pass tomorrow. Gus luck to every one working hard to lose weight. Tc

Well...4 lbs is better than none, and you are a pretty small weight already, so maybe it's more difficult for you to lose weight than someone who is bigger?

Maybe you need to add more activity?

Good luck and welcome!

Its great that you reached out for support. It is a tough road and getting some momentum is one of the hardest parts.

So just keep at it and celebrate every ounce lost along the way.

*hugs*

Four pounds is better than no pounds, right? Just keep working at it and it'll happen! You can do this!

The smaller you are, the harder it is to get the weight off.
Good plan to increase your activity, and take a look at your nutrition to see what you are eating that is triggering your cravings (eating sugar makes you want to eat more sugar, etc.). Hang in there! You'll get it off!
