Hi there,
I have been trying to lose weight for about three and half months now, and I have only lost about four pounds. It's been very hard. I would think that by now I could have lost like ten pounds, but I guess not. Does weight loss take this long? (I am a 5'10" female who weighs 160).
I have decided that I am probably eating too much. I know that I exercise enough. I run about five miles every other day, so I don't think it's that. Here are some of my goals, I guess, for the next twenty days. In about twenty days, I will be running my first 10k, and so that's a big accomplishment for me.
Mini goals:
1. Track my progress here on the accountability pages.
2. Give myself a
in the next twenty days for each day I follow my accountability plan.

whenever I work out in the next twenty days. That way, I can count how much I have many doing.
I will call it my 20 day program!

By October 31st, I should have 14 exercise guys, and 20 brocs.
