I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. You've done really, really great so far. You are handling this situation by posting here instead of going in the wrong direction. Hopefully it will be easier next time something similar happens and eventually it will actually be easy.

Hi, I hope you're felling better. And Happy Birthday!

First - take a breath. You're ok. Don't worry. Let me break it down into numbers, this is what works for me. 123 calories is a very small amount. It equates to 0.035 of a lb of weight and ONLY when this amount has be eaten in excess everyday over a long period of time...It's nothing.

If you were tempted to purge (I've been there and I'm out, thank God) maybe do a bit of walking. 10 minutes would cancel it out. Although I don't agree with replacing one form purging with another, if it helps you not purge destructively I'd say do it.

Hope that helps x

I have a nasty habit of working off every single calorie I've consumed. I no longer purge but like another poster had commented, I am purging in another form. You can't just shake ED thoughts, especially if you've had a history of it before. Checking in with your physician or pdoc might be helpful. Sometimes therapy can help with adjusting to regular life from ED life. You're doing a great job. Don't lose hope <3
