Okay so I exercised yesterday, but ate some pretty fatty stuff. Today I did some yoga-though not the WHOLE tape because my 2 babies were driving me crazy while I was trying to do it... I'm tackling my eating habits today.
I'm starting a food journal, and I think it will really help. Hubby is also saying he's on board, we have a running date later.
Also, what are your feelings on having scales in your house? I do not own one, but thinking I should go get one maybe? We go to my parents once a week for dinner, I usually just weigh myself there.


If I were you I'd skip the scale altogether and just continue to weigh yourself once in a while at your parents, then you won't go crazy watching the fluctuations every day...
