Much better Eliana, thank you. It helps just to *be* here. :hug: I think i need all the reminders I can get that I am changing my way of thinking. I'm never going to forget that strange discomfort from deep within, like my body is starting to not work as well because of the fat (aside from the sore hips, feet, etc).

There is NO time like NOW to start! You are around the weight I am now, heck I was 25 pounds heavier 8 weeks ago! You can and will do this. It's all in your mind =) I wish you much luck and success!
