I skipped last week because I was traveling but I am down 4 lbs. over 2 weeks including a business trip, which I find difficult. I'm thrilled!!! 232 to 228!!!

I'm at 178.4 lbs as of this morning!

That's 3.6 lbs! Well, it was that time of the month, which may have had me retaining water last week and thus the huge loss in this week.

This morning I was 139.5...the same thing I've been every time I've stepped on the scale. Maybe by this time next week I'll have lost at least the ".5" part.
