Podcasts, Emotions, Weight Loss and Eating
 

Every once in a while, my friend checks Anthony Robbins CD's out from her library and listens to them in her car. I made a copy to listen to some of them and found them to be uplifting (even though I think the guy is a quack). I stubbled across these CD's the other day and got to thinking... there are lots of free podcasts out there. I am trying to hunt some good ones that talk about emotional eating and weight loss. I have download some Inside Out Weight Loss (IOWL) podcasts. I haven't listened to them yet to know if they are any good.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for good podcasts?? Something I can sit and list to for a bit each day to keep focused.
