Nicole - I'm glad to hear your mom is out of the hospital! I'll keep her (and you) in my thoughts. Good job staying on plan! It's super hard when there's that kind of stress going on!

Here's the plan for today:

Breakfast (250)
2-5”whole wheat pancakes 150, lite syrup 80, raspberries 20

Lunch (350)

Sandwich (2 slices ww bread 100, 2 slices of deli chicken 60, cheese 100), 2 rice cakes 90

Snack (100)
mini bag of popcorn

Dinner 280
HC meal (pot roast, veggies, fruit crisp)

TOTAL= 980 + Halloween Party alcohol

(going to try and limit that to a couple shots!!)

GREAT JOB, EVERYONE, whether you have won or lost, as long as you've either STUCK WITH IT, or gotten back on the wagon!!!!!!!!!!

My weigh-in is 369, down from 380 on the 22nd. This is just week 1 for me, so a big loss is expected.

I went to aqua zumba today. Finally! It was so nice to be back in the routine. I did half an hour lap swim before zumba. Was exhausted and shaky afterwards but figured out its cause I am coming down with something. I'm running a fever so I am going to snuggle on the couch for the rest of the day and watch movies with my loved ones.

B: missed it again (my worst habit)

L: 2 eggs, 1/2c cheese, pear and fruit crisps

D: 3 oz blackened pork shoulder steak, 1 c baked beans, 2 cups steamed brocoli/cauliflower with a lowfat cheese sauce

Snack: 2 oz cashews

Dessert: 1 c hot chocolate and 1 biscotti

It's a good thing that I worked out today because some of the meals were very nutrient dense! lol But I stayed under my calorie allotment with some to spare!

Also my week of eating unhealthy did not pack on any pounds. Still at 275.

Ok going to watch the movie.

Busy yesterday and today with a wedding cake for a family friend. . . ate too much stuff I shouldn't have and I am exhausted. The cake was a hit and I was really pleased with it. It is definitely one of my favorites - not bad for an amateur. I love that "everyone" wants to know if I do cake for a living. Nope.

MamaP: Thats a gorgeous cake! You are really good! I bet it tasted as good as it looks! I am into culinary arts, I have taken many classes for that field and really like the style of it, not to mention the roses! Its very stunning

Thanks Ladies! We had a great time! Here are a couple pics from last night...

Stayed on plan ALL day (ate about 1000 cals), and surprisingly wasn't hungry. I felt very satisfied BUT, once I had a few shots I was snacking a little, nothing major. I drank a little more than I had planned. But, I NEVER drink, so I guess it's ok. Up a pound this morning, I'm feeling bloated, the snacks were kinda salty. Hopefully I'll kick that pounds but and be back down to 162 (or less) in a few days!
