Well, despite my best efforts yesterday, I still managed to gain a pound overnight... I did splurge a little bit in the evening, but I went on an hour long walk to TRY and burn it off. Oh well, I should know better than to cheat anyways... my body does NOT respond well to it.

Here is the meal plan for today.

Breakfast:
Amy's Stone Cut Oatmeal = 4 points

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Calzone = 6 points

Snack:
Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash = 5 points

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine Calzone = 6 points

Dessert:
Weight Watchers Ice Cream Bar = 2 points

Excersize Goal:
complete 3 '10 minute solutions: dance your body thin' workouts. = 4 excersize points

Point goal = 22
Points Eaten = 23
Points burned = 4

NSV my HUSBAND discovered today..lol. He told me to flex my arm...I flexed my arm and there is a little bump! A tiny muscle! I've NEVER had one my whole life, even when I was thin! Just had to share. I was pretty excited!

Happy Weekend!

Roxan--Sorry you had such a long day, but good for you staying OP!

Diana--Hopefully once TOM is gone you'll whoosh right down to your goal weight.

Vixsin--You have such wonderful energy! My sis-in-law did the C25k program and now she's training for her first 1/2 marathon.

Lauren--So glad to hear that you're feeling better. I hear you on the congestion front.

Lindsey--Ooooh, toned arms. Way to go, you!!!

Abstract
--My body isn't very forgiving either. Hang in there!

Ulva--

Shells Hi I hope so! This month I have been 100% on plan and working out really hard. My results this month haven't been been as good as other months. Maybe I am working out too hard. I don't know.

ETA: Great job on the new low!

That must be frustrating. I know some weeks I stay OP with food and exercise and my body stubbornly hangs on to the weight anyway. It does let it go eventually, but for those days I feel like stomping my feet and throwing the scale out the window. The fact that you've stayed 100% OP and exercised despite the frustrating scale is a testament to your will power. You're doing an awesome job and I truly believe you'll be down to your goal weight (and maybe even more!) once TOM leaves.

Default Hey everyone!!!

i have missed coming here this past week. sorry i have been MIA but it has been a C.R.A.Z.Y couple weeks.
Moms home from the hospital but they are not sure what it was. her kidneys and liver were in failure when she got there but when they adjusted her meds the enzymes evened out. she is starting to walk a lot better now (they wanted to send her to a nursing home cause she couldn't walk on her own at the hospital) but she still doesn't feel herself, and her legs have numbing spells, in her words "they feel like they belong to someone else" she also hasn't had that great of an appetite and still is getting confused so we took her meds away from her (we think she took them more then once) and someone is with her most of the day and night. we are following up with the doc but if her symptoms don't get better in the next day or 2 we are taking her up to the hospital again, so prayers are always welcome!
also my doc found something on my thyroid at my yearly check up (i have hypothyroidism, been on synthroid for 10 years) so yesterday i had an ultrasound done of my thyroid and ill get the results Monday!
ok now for the important stuff...... i have been op this whole time!
i don't know how but as i said before its not an option to give up. i am however only weighing myself on the 1st of the month from now on. i really don't have a whole lot to loose (about 20lbs) and my weight fluctuates too much, last time i weighed myself i had lost 6oz and i sat down and had a good cry. after that i was just like you know what..its about the life change and eating healthier and if i just keep it up it will come off. so im thinking ill at least see a steady loss if i do it once a month, at least i hope!
thanks for listening i know this was long, and ill be around more now!

Nicole Great job of staying on plan during all that stress. Keeping you Mom in my Prayers. I had a nodule on my thyroid. My Synthroid was also under replaced (dosage was not high enough). The Endo increased my dosage and the nodule went away. Sending Prayers your way, too, that all is fine and maybe you just need a dosage change.
