@ Krampus: Wow! Great job! I can jog like ten minutes before totally collapsing and gasping for air... I really admire someone who can do it for an hour!

I've stayed in my points today (so far!) and have actually had a personal victory I am VERY proud of! My parents went out to Mexican right after I had eaten lunch (lean cuisine.) I didn't order ANYTHING to eat or drink! I only drank water! Mexican is my personal weakness so for me this was a major breakthrough! I hope it pays off and I see a change tomorrow...

Breakfast:
Lean Cuisine ginger chicken = 5

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Lemon Chicken = 5

Snack:
Lean Cuisine Calzone = 6

6 points left for dinner, and it is only 4pm. I hope I don't splurge! >< I did so well today too! But alas, hunger is beginning to rear its ugly head.

Hi Friends,
It has been a while... I spent 2 week with my father in the hospital. He passed away on Sunday while holding tightly to my hand. This has been the most gut wrenching time of my life. Everything I have ever complained about pales in comparison to the hollow feeling I have now.

I have felt the loving embrace of my family and friends for the past week and now I am so ready to get back to my regular routine. I am proud of myself because I guess I am making this "diet" a lifestyle... I have stayed totally on my program eating wise and even worked out al this week. Last week I slept at my dads bedside and never left the hospital.

I am exhausted metally, physically, socally anid in all ways. But, ready to get back to normal and can't wait to correspond with my online friends again.

Stacy

Stacy, my heart goes out to you and your family. If only all fathers were fortunate enough to have such strong-willed and loving daughters to be with them until the end.

Stacy, I'm so sorry to hear about your father! I cannot imagine how you must feel. It's a blessing you were able to be by his side in his final days. I spent the last few days of my grandfather's life by his side..I miss him so much. My thoughts are with you and your family!

Good Morning Friends.

I'm down .4 this morning and I'll take it! I am ready for the Halloween weekend. Ready to not have any candy at all. We are giving out candy this year. I am excited to see all of the kids in their costumes and I am excited to paint my son's face up like a tiger.

I was 100% on plan yesterday and I will be again today. I have a belated birthday dinner with my parents tonite at their house. I'm sure there will be a cake product of some type. I have an allowance today for a heavier supper and a small treat.

I am going to the gym today to do C25K W4D1. I am ready! I am so excited to run, I can't stand it! I love this feeling of anticipation!!!!

Shells: Nice whoosh!!! Congrats on getting to 25lbs lost!

Roxanne: Great job staying on plan!

Abstract: Welcome! Nice work. I used to eat Lean Cuisine's all the time too. I love them!!!!

Krampus: Congrats on getting under 130! Great job!!
