Well ear ache or not I am going back to working out tomorrow. I have been eating so terribly and not working out and I HATE this. So I am sending SO to the store tonight to get me ear plugs and am back to planning what I eat. I feel like I have undone everything I worked so hard to do.

In reality a few days of not watching what I was eating or caring for that matter does not equal to a complete relapse. My mind set has changed and I am thrilled to have it so. I'm looking forward to going back to my normal routines. Funny...not that long ago, eating junk and not exercising was my normal routine.

Since tomorrow is an early day for me tomorrow I'll do my check in now

B: special k bar
90

L: chicken thigh, 1 c raw green peas, 2 celery sticks, spreadable wedge cheese, small apple
369

D: pumpkin stew (found at safeway.com in their recipe section) and 1 sourdough roll no butter
549

Snack: fiber 1 bar
90

Total for the day:
1089

Exercise: 4 hours walking, 2 hours standing
1238 calories burned

Great losses all around ladies!

Today was a good day - for once
B - (very) small glass of orange juice (ca. 50ml)
S - Latte
L - Sandwich (2 slices whole wheat bread, cashew nut butter, turkey breast and apple slices) plus the rest of the apple
S - some type of chocolate mint bar - 200 cals
D - 4 tbsp of rice, Chicken Tika/Vindaloo and a veggie samosa, 3 bites of garlic Naan, bit of cranberry juice

Workout: Brisk 1.5 hour walk (ca. 4 miles with LOTS of hills!)

Good Morning, Everyone!

krampus Prunes are really good for you and should keep you "regular".

roxannestags Sending you positive vibes today with your workout. I hope everything goes ok and you start feeling better.

Kris That pumpkin bake sounds delish!

cincimini Great job staying on plan and getting that exercise in.

AbstractSilver Have you ever looked at Amy's brand of frozen dinners? I think they have less sodium. They are a little more expensive. I had a craving for a burrito a while back. I could work the calories in my program for something from Taco Bell, but the sodium is killer for me. It was recommended that I try an Amy's Burrito. It had a fraction of the sodium and was very good.

It's official, I'm sick. I only got about an hour and a half of sleep last night. I'm all achy and my neck and chest are covered in a fever rash. I hate that I get those! Blah. I'm off to rest and drink some hot tea. I have three kids at home (two aren't school age yet and the 3rd is sick too), so we'll see how that goes. That's one stinky thing about being a stay at home mom...no sick days.

Anyway, enough of my whining! I hope everyone else has a wonderful day. It's almost Friday!

Good Morning All!

The word for today is WHOOOSH! I'm down 2.2 from yesterday to 235.8. I am on plan and ready to rock today! That is for sure. I don't think that I will be able to reach my revised October goal to get back to my low in the next couple of days but I feel very confident to get closer to it.

Stuck to my workout last night and jogged/walked for 35 mins. I've decided to start C25K back up. I made it to Week 4 last time and stopped. I've already jogged that long at the gym so I've decided to start right there. I am excited! I love jogging! I feel much safer and more educated this time as well, so that's definitely a good thing!

Anywho, just a little bit from me. Nobody's in the office today! All the bosses are gone! So the plan is to knock out some work that needs done this morning so that I can have quality slack off time this afternoon. Don't tell the bosses!

BBL!!

Shells - Oh no!!!! Hope you're feeling well soon! I woke up with a little bit of a sore throat.

Vixsin - AWESOME job on the loss! YAY!!!!!

Mornin' ladies!!!

Weigh in today is 162.4#...why is it that the day after my "official" weigh in for the week I meet/surpass my goal? lol Oh well, I'm glad to see that number this morning! Approaching my halfway mark..

Here's the plan for today:

B- Oatmeal w/milk 180, strawberries w/sprinkle of sugar 70 (250)
S- Banana 110
L- Chicken pesto flatbread (flatbread 160, 1 tbsp pesto 80, chicken 40, cheese 40) (320)
S- Mini bag popcorn 100
D- HC meal (breaded chicken, mashed taters, mixed veg, fruit crisp) 340
S- chocolate mousse 60

Total = 1180
40 mins Walking
20 mins Pilates

Hope everyone has a great, OP and healthy, happy day!

Holy freaking cow. I seriously want to crawl back into bed. This morning was so insane that I'm just now able to sit down and eat something besides my vitamin, concerta and a mini-candy bar that was stuffed in my face as I was sprinting out the door dragging my 5 year old.

October WILL NOT be a total washout for me. I'm not waiting until November to get my act together... c'mon Sarah, get it together woman!!

edit: Shells, I totally feel ya! I hope you get better soon, and I think moms should start a union or political movement to demand sick days and vacation time.

Hi Girls

Another rough day for me today, running on about 3 hours of sleep because of super bad back pain last night and such a busy busy morning.

I'm not even going to mention my weigh in because it was just so awful. Crazy *** water retention from all the drugs I took last night. Hoping tomorrow will be a little better.

Here is the plan for the day Thurs 10/28/2010

B - 1/2 cup bran flakes w/ 1/2 cup almond milk + 1 banana

S - Cucumer and carrot sticks w/ hummus

L - Falafel on a pita w/ tabolueh, hot sauce, tahini sauce, tomatoes and lettuce + side greek salad w/ no feta and no olives

S - 1 small apple + 5 triscuits

D - No fricken clue - This weeks dinners were not planned well

Drinking: At least 2 cups green tea + 2L water

Have a happy, healthy and OP day

TGIF and good morning!

Well, yesterday wasn't perfect. First day of TOM and I was a moody wild thing all day. I came from work craving chocolate like the devil and thought eating a tbsp of peanut butter would satisfy the chocolate craving. It did, but the peanut butter craving itself got out of control and I basically binged on peanut butter, wasting almost 500 calories on 4 knife-fuls of the stuff. I felt pretty bad after that and set out for a run, and then I ran for an HOUR STRAIGHT without walking or slow jogging. Damn!

Good news - BROKE UNDER 130 THIS MORNING!

B - 68
-Yogurt, black coffee

L - 579
-PB&J on one slice of bread, cheese, banana, 5 prunes

Snack/Binge - about 540
-1 mini Kit Kat, buncha peanut butter

D - Less than 100
-Spinach and kimchi with a drop of sesame soy dressing

Exercise
-1 hour 5 minutes running (PERSONAL BEST!)
