Default I am really happy...BUT...

Hello, my gorgeous darlings!

So, I'm four days now pretty much on a track of some sort. I've not really overeaten or binged. I've done some working out (though only in small doses and not at all today.) Overall, I'm happy and excited with my journey again.

HOWEVER...

I'm just eating my BMR and I've only done about 20-25min of exercise each day.

I'm so happy here, however. I feel like I am doing something just by NOT gorging and NOT being lazy.

Will I actually make any progress this way or do I need to get more serious? I fear that if I start really restricting my diet and pushing myself to workout the way I used to (1-2 hours of cardio a day.) I'm going to burn out.

Thanks for the advice, loves.

Maybe you could try eating the maintenance cals for you goal weight for a little while. You'll likely lose slowly but you will lose. Get used to the idea of how much food you will require to maintain your weight long term. And develope a long term exercise plan that includes doing what you enjoy so you don't burn out. You are closing in and by some standards within a healthy weight range so at this point I think it nay be good to start focusing on how to make these changes long term.
