Lost my job

So I was laid off today from my job after 3.5 yrs. SOOOO I am okay, I look at this as an opportunity to find new opportunities. I did go and get a burger , fries and soda for lunch but then I went to the gym and worked out for an hour. Eating well tonight, just thought I was entitled to a momentary lapse. Tomorrow is a new day with new ideas

happened to me too, in January (from a job I'd been at for 9 years). I found a new place quickly, and have a wonderful boss and good work environment. I agree, you will find new opportunities. I used the gym to help with the stress, is a great idea. Good luck!!!
