Friday Oct 18th on OPRAH

I thought everyone might want to know.....the commercials for tommorow's Oprah show is on weight loss. She has her fitness guy/trainer (Bob Greene) on with guests who have lost weight. I'm not sure what else the show is about other than I'll be watching. 4pm.....Don't miss it!!

Thanks for the reminder I was able to catch it. I have to say I was happy to see the young boy is doing so well. I remember seeing him on a couple years ago and he just broke my heart. I love these shows they can so inspirational.
