Here are body fat ranges. So again your within healthy range. If you want to lose those last few lbs for vanity or whatever you may want to try eating more and lifting more, maybe look into changing your body's composition instead of actually trying to lose weight. I think more food and a change in exercise will be your best course of action.

youre overtrained.
That is why you arent losing fat anymore.
Youre trying to "eat less/train more" and at your lower weight already, thats the WRONG way to think.
Youre going to keep spinning your wheels. You need to back off the training.
For real
take a break-- even though i know you wont ;)
The supersetting, low(ish) protein, low calories, SO much cardio...... your body has metabolically adapted and probably is pretty out of whack, hormonally
