Raven ... I have developed some thing with sodium. I didn't even notice it before starting my journey. I try my best to not eat anything too salty because the after affects drive me batty. You'll hear me complaining . I tend to stick with what I like and so far the Lean Cuisine meals have it. I don't care for the chicken in any of them that I've tried. It doesn't taste real. I usually have some left over baked chicken breast so I cut up six mini pieces and substitute it for theirs. . It's great your husband is doing it with you.

MamaP, I hope you don't mind me saying ... I like the silver dress. It flows just right and looks really nice on you.

Thanks Dream I do hope so. Hope your cold goes away soon, good for you on getting back on the wagon

Kris I think I like the silver one, too. You look so elegant and pretty.

Mamap I'm loving the silver dress and the black but mostly the silver

DIANA @ WTG for crossing that threshold into onderland I knew you could do it. I'm on the brink of Twoterville myself *Crossing fingers for tomorrows weigh in*.

@ dream thank you so much for the encouragement and yes I think mary kay might actually work for me that is... if I don't go crazy and buy up all the products. I'm a makeup junkie lol and wtg with getting back on the wagon with this new lifestyle!

@ Love2b and Lauren thank you so much for your encouragement. I just stopped by to recognize that.

Happy trails and weightloss into September see you there!

Know that you can do it. It is not a question of willpower. I have none of that. It is a question of willingness. What are you willing to do to reach your goals? No matter what your situation, no matter what your history – you can be successful and improve your health and physical fitness. You can never be defeated until you quit.~anon

Part of me thinks I should just wait on the dress (I have 9 weeks), but I am afraid if I wait I won't find anything I like so I'm going back tonight to get the silver dress. It seems to be the unanimous choice among people I've showed the pictures to. Thanks everyone for your help in deciding.

Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip Toe if you must, but take the step.
