Log it and Lose it
I know for me if I log everything I eat and what exercise I completed that day then losing is easier. Good example if I eat only what I create and measure it then I will lose but like last night when I went to the Chinese Buffet and had to guesstimate what I consumed in calories, I didn't lose anything. This works for me but I thought I would share the article with you all |

I will have to agree that is what works for me. It helps me to be accountable to someone else besides me. Since I joined this site on July 13th I have lost 4lbs. That is writing down every day what I eat and how much I exercise. I chat with others about how I am doing and all I can say is it works. Leann |
