My first Mini Goal - 15 lbs down by Aug 30
Hi, I'm Donna, new around here.
I thought it would be a good idea to set a mini goal, something achievable yet exciting. So although it's boring and typical I'm setting a weight loss goal. I started to change my eating habits 3 weeks ago and I've since lost a total of 5.6 lbs. My first mini goal is to lose a total of 15 lbs by the end of August. To do this I'll have to average about 2.5 lbs per week, which I know is a little high but I'm going to try my very best!! |
that's about what, 5 1/2 weeks? I think you can do it!

Mini goal
I'm in for a 12 pound mini goal by Aug 30, I would say more but I have done so much yo yo dieting that my weight loss slows down, and I'm 48 so I think I lose less now than when I was younger.

I want to hit 199.8 lbs by August 30th!! That is to be my b-day present to myself! I want to look GREAT in pictures this year for Labor Day Weekend. (Instead of the 230 lb blob I usually look like on LDW) That is 10 lbs. for me.
