Good websites for healthy recipes?

  • Can anyone recommend any to me?
  • What's your definition of "healthy"?

If you're going for low-calorie versions of more "decadent" foods, and don't mind processed ingredients, Hungry Girl is a great place to look.

If you want lower calorie using healthy, whole ingredients, Cooking Light is good, as are the recipes by Ellie Krieger on the Food Network site.
  • sparkrecipes.com , allrecipes.com , myrecipes.com

I just always check the nutrition information on recipes before I make them.
  • Sorry yes, should have been more specific really!

Lower calorie meals using healthy ingredients please!
  • I second Cooking Light and AllRecipes, but also suggest you check out the various recipe forums right here at 3FC!
  • Other then the ones mentioned - I like skinnytaste.com - she makes great favourites low calories - and I love all the pictures!
  • And here's a great resource: "100 food blogs to inspire your healthy eating" (wish I could do the cute little link like Mandalinn...)
