Penguin I don't actually work at the zoo; its a facility that is run by the same institute, but it's closed to the public. And I'm going to Orlando, FL for vacation to go to Universal and Islands of Adventure. I can't wait to visit the new Harry Potter World!

I did good so far today. I have 900 calories left for dinner, and we're having white beans and rice. I plan on having 2 proper servings, which leaves me with some calories to spare. So hopefully I don't over eat at dinner (that's always my problem), and white beans are my favorite food. The good thing is that if I do eat more than I plan on, tomorrow is my high calorie day so I will just eat less tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great day!

ugh such a stressful day! I made an 88 on my test, and I studied for this one. I am so sick of making Bs! and also making low Bs. I really don't want to end up with a C for this semester.

and I feel GUILTY feeling that way when so many of my classmates are stressing about JUST PASSING. The nursing program is hard. I know it is. But why does it have to make me feel so stupid!!!

I don't ever make low grades! And i can't even eek out a 90 which is still a B but a high B.

Ok, done ranting. I also have a clinical at 6 in the morning. I wish I didn't , because I have another test to study for on Thursday. I'm getting stressed about housework. I wish my SO would help out a little more--whether or not it is HIS mess OR NOT.

I did alright for today, although i did feel a desire to binge on yogurt.

Hi Penguin, I have never heard of the place before, it's new here. So when my husband came home with the gift card I was thinking oh great another gift card we'll never use. The atmosphere was quite romantic so it made the perfect spot for our anniversary dinner and the food was very good. We rarely go out just us so this was definitely a treat.

Good Morning Eveyone ,

I hope you're all having a great day so far.

I'm off to a training class today so I won't get my walk in first thing this morning and it will be too hot once I'm done so I am planning to do a Firm workout this evening.

GettinFit Good Morning! Have you ever tried the Applebee's under 550 meals? I love the Dijon Portebello Chicken (whatever it's called, LOL).

i was on the south beach diet before and then strayed off after losing 30 pounds...since then i gained back about 20. I started phase one on monday and am hoping by the end of the week i have lost at least 2 pounds to get me started back in the right direction
