Just doing a check in.

Just letting everyone know my progress thus far.
I started out at 197, gained up to 200, and have now dropped down to 191 as of this morning. Been going back and forth between that and 190 for a few days now, and I'm praying I can break past and get into the 180's.

Thank you to everyone who gave me support when I was struggling so bad.
Yay me :]

It's been crazy hard! I tried weight watchers with my mom when I was about 16, and I was at 204 then. I seem to be stuck in this 190-200 range. Every time I drop down this low I can't break into the 180's and it's driving me banana's. I'm really hoping this next week is my week though. Come on mini goal!

I see the 180's in the near future for you! Keep going!

Thank you! I'm sure hoping it's soon. I need to change my mentality from "I always get stuck at 190" though or I'm afraid I won't ever reach it.

You will definitely move into the 180's, just keep working hard and sticking to plan! You can do this!

Thanks for the motivating words Kendra :] I'm feeling pretty confident today and I get to apartment sit for a week so it will be nice to just be me for a while. I think it will definitely get me past that 190 blocker!

Changing your mentality seems to be the hardest part. For me, anyway. I always got to 175 then I'd just stop losing. It's really frustrating, but keep at it and eventually you'll get to where you want to be.

It definitely is, but I'm seeing results so it's becoming easier. I play with my collar bones all the time now because I can kind of see them. I'm way excited. Just from that I always picture myself at my goal weight, and sometimes it even feels like I'm already there and the weight is gone. It's a great feeling!
