With A Keto Diet!

With a keto diet you can! During a keto diet your body becomes a fat burning machine. Wether you're sleeping or cooking you're always losing fat, because during a keto diet your body is temporarily running on fats instead of carbs which it would normally run on. For more information you can find out more info by messaging me on reddit. User is KaiSaystuff

However even though you can lose weight without exercising I recommend that you do. If you can't because of physical problems due to weight then start when you start losing weight, or if you're fully uncapable to do so then that is understandable.

What do you think about fast weight loss without exercise ?

While exercise can be helpful for weight loss, it is possible to lose weight without it. Here are some tips to help you lose weight quickly without exercise:

Reduce your calorie intake: To lose weight, you need to create a calorie deficit. This means you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. You can achieve this by reducing your calorie intake. Aim to eat healthy, whole foods that are low in calories.

Eat more protein: Protein is an important nutrient for weight loss because it helps to keep you feeling full and satisfied. Aim to include protein in every meal and snack.

Drink water: Drinking water can help to boost your metabolism and reduce your appetite. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Cut back on carbs: Reducing your intake of carbohydrates can help to reduce your overall calorie intake and promote weight loss.

Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep has been linked to weight gain. Aim to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

It's important to note that while it's possible to lose weight quickly without exercise, it's not recommended to lose weight too quickly, as this can be unhealthy and unsustainable in the long term. It's always best to aim for a slow and steady weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week.

Keto diets can indeed promote fat burning, but it's essential to approach any diet with caution and consult a healthcare professional. Some may lose weight without exercise, and staying physically active offers numerous health benefits. For those considering weight loss pills like Xenical (buy it at Canadian Pharmacy), remember to discuss it with your doctor for personalized guidance. Selt treatment may be harmful, remember that!

It is possible to lose weight without exercise, but it can feel like an uphill battle. Not only does exercise burn calories, but it also boosts your metabolism. While losing weight is certainly achievable without exercise, in the long term, it becomes much more sustainable if you incorporate exercise. Additionally, there are numerous other strategies you can employ to aid in the process.

To put it in the easiest and most summarized way, here's other advice you should follow.

1. Aim for low G.I. foods that keep you full for longer (a diet rich in fat, protein, and fiber).
2. Make sure you get your daily optimal water intake to keep yourself full and improve your metabolism.
3. Eat regular and small portions to stay full and boost your metabolism.
4. Avoid alcohol.
5. Weigh yourself daily or at least once a week to track your progress and ensure you're on the right path.

You can set a goal for how much weight you want to lose in a certain time and use a calculator to determine how many calories you need each day and how much activity you should do to reach that goal.

Hello all. In 2013 I joined this forum. I think my starting weight then was about 240 lbs. In just under a year I got down to 170 then started maintenance but did not stick to a diet. Within a few years, I was back up there.

I started to lose weight 11 days ago after a doctor's visit. The orthopedic told me that I was way overweight, which I already knew of course. Then he told me that if I lost a lot of this weight many of my problems would cease to exist.

I had weighed in at 255. A few days later I decided to cut back and lose weight and size again. My back is in awful condition with arthritis and all, diabetes, high blood pressure, and Cartledge gone in my knees. I could only stand for a short time until my back hurt so bad I had to sit.

Over the past 11 days since I started I am down 16 lbs. I know that most of that was water weight and expected a fast drop at first and that the hard part is just beginning now.

When I lost weight the last time I did a lot of walking (about 10 miles per day) and work making my garden plus working in my trade as an electrician. I made my own diet and ate spicy meals consisting of vegetables like squash, tomatoes, okra, bokchoy with a lot of spices like chilies, oregano, coriander, lime juice, cilantro etc. and would place that over a bed of rice and sometimes with beans.

I would have snacks of like cucumber with hot sauce on them and would start my day out with slicing up a cuke and placing hot sauce and lime on it which was tasty and filling with almost no calories and would last me to about noon.

This time I cannot exercise like I did before so I have to do it all by cutting down on my eating and I plan on eating similar to like I did last time being as it was tasty food, did not leave me hungry ( I do not do hunger well) and worked.

I am trying to keep my caloric intake down to around 800 calories a day. Out of 11 days I have met that goal 3x. My average has been around 1100, worst 1600. Todays so far is 665 and it is now 7 PM. I will probably add about 300 more to that if I get hungry.

I think this is enough about me to give you a general idea of who/what I am.

I hope to lose another 80 or 90 lbs and hope I keep it off.

I will add that I am now 82 years old

Thanks
B F R

You can easily lose weight without excercising - it's all about calories deficit during the day. Long story short - there is no way NOT to lose weight if you eat less calories per day than your minimal requirement for stable weight.

Yes, I've witnessed weight loss without intense exercise. By adopting healthier eating habits, controlling portions, and making mindful food choices, significant progress can be achieved. While exercise enhances results, a focus on nutrition and overall lifestyle plays a pivotal role in shedding pounds.

A weight loss plan that avoids sagging skin

Many women suffer from the problem of sagging skin after losing a lot of weight, which may make them dissatisfied with their appearance even after reaching the ideal weight, which leads to a loss of self-confidence, and sometimes may hinder the natural movement of women, which makes them rush to resort to operations. Plastic surgery to remove those sagging skin.

Sagging results from skin stretching to keep up with the increase in weight. When the body loses this excess weight, it sometimes cannot keep up with the speed of loss by shrinking, which leads to the appearance of sagging, the occurrence of which depends on 3 factors: the amount of weight lost, the age of the person, and the speed of the weight loss.

It should be known that it is sometimes unavoidable to obtain excess skin sagging, and this happens when a large amount of weight is lost, because the body has already stretched a large amount of skin and cannot pull it back so easily, especially if the body mass index (BMI) exceeds 35.

The same also applies if you have been overweight for many years. However, by following the following tips, you can control and reduce sagging resulting from weight loss as much as possible.

Exercise and lose weight slowly
Rapid weight loss, either through weight-loss surgery, or through a very low-calorie diet; It makes the skin lose many important elements that make it elastic, such as collagen , so it is better to lose weight with a long-term plan based on losing one kilogram per week. Although this plan may take longer than desired, one of its advantages is that it avoids the effect Negative effect on the skin.

Exercising is beneficial in general, but exercising when losing weight makes the muscles tight, which reduces the effect of sagging skin, but does not completely eliminate it. Therefore, one must exercise at least twice a week, and vary between resistance exercises and “cardio” exercises that depend on a lot of movement.

Cosmetic creams
As women age, the skin loses its elasticity and strength, and genetic factors also affect the elements that affect skin elasticity. While we acknowledge that we cannot control age or genetic factors, we can control external factors that negatively affect the skin in general, such as smoking and exposure to too much sunlight.

The use of skin tightening creams may also help, which contain retinoid, a derivative of vitamin A. According to the HealthLine website, cosmetic doctors recommend using creams that contain this substance to tighten the skin and reduce sagging, whether resulting from weight loss or resulting from aging.

This substance can also be found in skin care creams intended for day and night, provided that it is suitable for the skin type and does not contain other harmful substances such as lanolin, which the site also advises that one should stay away from.

Vitamins and massage
Doctors advise all the time to take the necessary vitamins and nutrients for the body, and this applies to anyone who wants to lose weight, especially if she is a woman over 30 years old. This is because the body begins to lose many of its elements that must be replaced with external elements such as vitamin C tablets. This is an important matter that should not be overlooked, as it helps the skin maintain its full strength and balance necessary to protect itself. Sufficient amounts of water must also be consumed, so that the skin obtains the necessary hydration from the inside and not just from the outside.

Sagging areas are more concentrated in certain areas of the body than others, such as the arms, neck, abdomen, and buttocks. Studies published by the GearHungry website have proven that apart from the feeling of relaxation caused by massage, massaging sagging areas has a positive effect on the skin and reduces the appearance of sagging skin. Fine lines. This is because massage helps increase blood flow in those areas, and thus contributes to reducing sagging skin.
