Susan B.... Ive been counting my calories. I eat 1800-1900 calories a day. No reg. soda. Heres my usual day
Breakfast: 3 hard boiled egg whites. 3 pieces turkey bacon Snack: wheat thins, or veggies w low fat ranch lunch: healthy choice meal (there so good) snack: pickes, veggies, a fruit dinner: chicken veggies **after dinner snack once in a while 2 flavor ice iced pops I drink lots of water and crystal light |
