Default Not getting ENOUGH calories?

I've eaten 750 calories today. Actually, all in all I've eaten... 900-something, but exercised today and burnt 200ish calories off. I'm allowed 1477 a day in order to lose 2lbs this week. Is that.. okay? I'm NOT starving myself. I've been eating 3 times a day, every 4 hours, plus a snack if my blood sugar feels low.

Am I the only one who looks at my calories and goes, "oh, crap! What else can I eat? I need to get them up or else my body will think I'm starving myself and store more fat."

Should I go eat something else, even though I just ate? I want to have roughly 200 calories left for 10-11pm for a snack at night.

Okay, I just bumped it up to 1140 calories. Better, but I'm still off.

I say 900 is definitely too low for long term, healthy weight loss and were it me, I would eat something else.

I know! I'm a little worried, because I do count calories, but sometimes I'm off. So I always add on about 100 extra calories just to make sure I don't over eat. But I guess I'll go eat something else then, I really don't want to start storing fat instead of burning it.

Ahh I completely forgot about OJ! Thanks for reminding me =D I normally just drink strictly water, so I completely forget about OJ and milk sometimes.

I have the same problem. I eat things... am full... happy, and content... then I look back at my calories... and am only at 1200 MAX (the days I actually stay on plan), and my recommended for my size and height is more around 1600. I am trying to eat more... it's just... well easier said than done. I'm either eating mindlessly... or eating way too little. And this isn't just a "recent" type of thing... it's kind of normal. I remember in Serbia I would be sitting around... then for some weird reason think back on what I've eaten... it's either a HUGE amount (which is how I got fat... ), or some tiny amount. >.<
