OH... I think my calories ended up just fine. I'm just annoyed because my mom is always talking about how we need to choose the healthiest thing... and then when I do... she won't let me get it because it's 1 dollar more than the other. >.<

And yeah... we're heading to Universal Studios in about an hour... can't wait.

Helloooooo Everyone!

Welcome to June! Let's make June a super sensational month staying OP and reaching our goals!

Boy has it been a busy week! I can't believe it is Thursday already and I haven't posted once! But I can say I have been good food wise and staying OP

Here is my plan for the day 6/3/2010

B - 1 rye bagel with cream cheese + 1 banana + 1/4 of a muffin

L - Lauren's Homemade BLT! (2 slices WW multigrain bread + 2 slices turkey bacon + Hellmans 1/2 fat mayo + romaine lettuce + tomato) + side salad of mixed greens, cucumbers, tomato, light chedder cheese and cal.wise greek and feta dressing

S - 1 Apple

D - Not 100% sure yet - I'm thinking a Chicken stirfry with snap peas and peppers with a homemade marinade and some rice

Drinking: 1 morning coffee + 2L water throughout the day + 1 diet pepsi

Exercise: 30min brisk walk with the dog (pending the rain)

have a happy, healthy and OP day

Can't believe the thread is up to 6 pages and I haven't posted yet.

It's TOM so not weighing right now. Had two great dance classes over the weekend, and on Tuesday and Wednesday took some folks to a water park (part of my job) for a mini-vacation which was a lot of fun. With the exception of one dinner (ate too late, let myself get too hungry, and then it was a buffet dinner God help me...) made good choices food-wise. Plus very physically active running around the water park and swimming! Glad to be back though. On plan today and planning a good workout - looks like we are in for another afternoon summer storm so it may be treadmill or gym for me.

More details from me tomorrow. Welcome new folks!

oh, another thing I forgot to mention - was wearing my new size 12 bathing suit at the waterpark. And actually was willing to be in group photo shots in my swimsuit. Huge NSV to not be hiding under a big t-shirt and feel comfortable in a swimsuit all day!
