Hey girls! I'm somewhat new, but I feel as if this will help me stay motivated and also see what others are eating so I can have some ideas!
Breakfast-
Life cinnamon cereal w/ 1/2 c skim milk - 180
Dannon light-n-fit strawberry yogurt - 60

AM Snack
Light String Cheese - 60

Lunch
1 slice of wheat bread with one slice of turkey = 120
1 cup of watermelon = 50
1/2 cup of cucumber slices = 13
green pepper slices = 50
Kraft free ranch - 2 tbsp = 50
Whole natural almonds = 160
Water = 0
= 443
Dinner
1 can of Starkist tuna = 100
1 tbsp of Hellman's light mayo = 150
Dole Mandarin oranges fruit cup = 80
1 serving of carrot sticks = 35
1/2 cup of broccoli = 28
Kraft free ranch - 2 tbsp = 50
Water = 0
= 343
PM snack
Chewy Granola Bar = 100 calories
TOTAL FOR WEDNESDAY = 1154
^ I need between 40 and 400 more calories :/
TOTAL BURNED EXERCISING = About 170.. Hopefully I can burn some more later!!
I also am headed to Starbucks with friends tonight.. I may do an unsweetened Passionfruit iced tea. Or a steamer with sugar free vanilla and skim!
What stinks about today is that I am at work from 10-6 with no way to heat up food, or to prepare food, so I'm stuck eating tuna! Not too bad though, I will survive
Exercise:
Did C25K Week 3 this morning, and then added on an extra 9 minutes of walking afterwards, for about 27 minutes of walking, 7 minutes of jogging. :-) I may walk a mile or two tonight as well.
